Bed In A Box Mattress didn't last! Johnson City Tennessee

After reading the warranty information, I know I am not covered!  Spent twelve hundred bucks on a mattress that lasted only two years and three months!  The foam is breaking down and much softer, so when you climb into bed, you sink!  Also, pressing the palm of your hand on the mattress, it does not bounce back very fast!  Two years old!!!!! 

It was fine when first purchased and got rid of all the sore pressure points!  Now, they are back and even worse!  This mattress does sleep hot and I had to purchase a heavy cotton cover for it or sweat even though customer service said that wouldn't happen! Just wanted to let people know so they will be aware!

Bed In A Box came through with flying colors!

I received a brand new mattress replacement, the same that I had purchased.

Customer Service was exceptional and emailed me every step of the way.

After submitting pictures, I received immediate approval. 

It's wonderful to do business with a company that supports their products 100%.

I did email BIAB Customer Service stating the problems after I saw their rebuttal posted to my complaint.

Bed In A Box asked me to forward pictures, which I did this past weekend.

Glenda Adams, A (very gracious) Customer Service Rep. just emailed me to say after viewing the pictures, they are replacing my mattress! 

I must say that BIAB handled this in a very timely fashion and were very courteous in every reply.

I just wanted to let all the folks know that they DO stand behind their products......100%!

We have had our mattresses tested and continue to test them to ensure we are offering the highest quality product we can. Unfortunately, sometimes, a mattress can fail prematurely. Any mattress can experience defects due to manufacturing, all companies experience this. We realize this and offer a 20 year, hassle free warranty. As far as durability, our mattresses have outperformed anything we have tested it against, including mattresses that cost 7 times as much as ours. In your case, it clearly sounds like the mattress has failed, which is covered under the warranty. We stand behind our mattresses and we want every customer to have the best experience possible with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing.
