      Ordered a new arrival High Quality Stunning Tiger Print Mink Cashmere-like Blanket on 11/22/16. Order # 442114. On 12/17/16 I checked with them to see why I hadn't received it yet. They returned an email stating that I had placed the r#442114 and they were waiting for funds to clear, which they had been posted to my account on the 12/1216, and clearwsd on the12/13/16. I had added another item to my order since I thought things were moving forward, making the total $117.83.  This was a Blanket for My Son's Christmas and I had added a hoodie for my Son's fiancee. On the 12/13/16 the funds had cleared my account.

       Well, they never sent me back an order confirmation for the second item, which should have included both items since the money was drawed out for both.

On 12/19/16, I asked about my order, as I was getting concerned about it arriving for Christmas. They stated that my order of 442114 was awaiting payment now, if I had paid succesfully, I could send them the payment proof or transacion number so they could check it.

    I called my banf and they said there would be no numbers like that, not to give them any more information, and that it was an electronic transaction and they should have all the proof they needed just by looking at their account $117.83. This makes sense and what they wanted, sounded like a scam!

    The next day,12/21/16, I wrote them again, telling them I wanted my d**n money Back, stating to them what my bank had told me. They responded again with the same foolishness about awaiting payment, to send them proof or transaction number!

      The next email I received from them, on 12/22/16 stated that they could not find my order, could I tell them my order number and email address associated with the order. I had already gave them details a couple days before, so wrote them back, telling them this.

      On 12/22/16 they wrote back aying that they could not find where my order was paid, and that is why they needed payment proof or transaction number, but they had no information to check my problem.

       On 12/23/16 they wrote me stating that they checked with their financial department, my card was not authorized to amke payment on their website, to check with my bank to check it.

       First off, anybody that runs a buisness like that, does not need to be in buisness.

       Second, if my account wasnot authorizeds, why do thy not give my money back that was electronically recorded as going into their account. And last, but very troubling, these people are associated with Google. Ha Google stooped this low?        Sincerrely, this is a scam sight, all corrisopndence was Company rep Karen.

       All I want is my mney back sice they ruined my childrens Christmas. I am disabled, in a wheelchair and cannot get out to do much of any shopping myself.
