Complaint Review: Bedinabox.com

Bedinabox.com I bought a PacBamboo bed from them and the price kept going up and up by them having me buy covers that didn't remedy the situation. It got to the point that I was stuck with this horrible bed Internet

I am writing about Bedinabox.comand how I was treated. I bought a bed from them. A Pacbamboo. I called and told them that the bed was too hot and I couldn't get any sleep on it because of that. I told them I am sleeping on my sofa. They told me to buy a certain cover that they recommended and that would help.

Well, I tried it only one night and it didn't help, then they told me that they didn't take returns on covers.I have three covers that I bought from them because I had to protect the memory foam mattress. I called again about the hot mattress problem and I was told that I couldn't return it because they sent me a bad bed in the beginning and they already made an exchange. I told them again that I had to sleep on my sofa because the bed was too hot. Again they wanted me to buy another cover. I didn't because I already spent $600.00 on covers that I cannot use and they will not take back.

So now I am stuck with a $900.00 bed that I cannot sleep on and $600.00 worth of covers that they said would work that didn't. I am disabled and my money is hard to come by. Right now I cannot buy another bed. I told them that and they were silent which meant to me that this is my problem and they are not going to help me out with this situation. I hope people read this and don't get into a situation with Bedinabox.com like I did. Be careful of them! For now I will be on my guard for buying anything online.

I hope someone can help me with this situation. Especially getting my money back so I can buy another bed, which is badly needed.
