My Order#100013807. This is a vanity set pictured with a stool; a dresser; and a night stand. I placed the order on November 15, 2014. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. The delivery was for my elderly mother living in Houston, TX. I called the company 2-3 times asking where the furniture was and they couldn't tell me. The furniture finally arrived on January 10, 2015. The dresser and night stand are fine. The vanity mirror was broken and the two bases of the vanity were of the same side (i.e. instead of a left and right side, 2 right sides were delivered preventing them from fitting together). Additionally, no stool was delivered. I called them back and told them the item was pictured with a stool. They could no longer find the item on their website. I found a similar item by the same company (ACME) but a different color on their site and around the same price range. It also had a stool in the picture and listed it as included. They would not accept that. They said I would have to order the stool separately and pay additional shipping charge. Meanwhile, they didn't know what was going on with my order. The delivery company called my sister and said that they would bring the furniture out (this was around 15 Jan). Then they called back and said it was already delivered. We haven't heard from them since. I have called this company a total of five times with no resolution. This is a poor way to do business. I still do not have the complete vanity.
