BEDROOM SUPERSTORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERPOOR
November 12th, 2000 I ordered the bed from the showroom in Phoenix, Arizona. It took them 34-days to deliver it! It took three reservations and a dozen calls to get it delivered, after they failed to meet their delivery dates. They would not provide a delivery window, just sometime between noon and six. It got delivered at 7:00 PM, and the company delivery persons left their garbage in the street, and scratched up my tile floors and painted walls. Upon setting the bed up they damaged it in two different location from being hurried and careless, and tired they say.
I have contacted a Alan English, General Manager and a Penny, who is a work associate of his and neither returned my six calls over two weeks. The damage promised to be repaired by the delivery people has been totally igonored.
Customer beware!!! Bedroom superstores have terrible delivery and customer service once they secure your money.

I have gotten seven calls in two weeks from a Jim, Cy, JoAnne, Nickolaus, and a Jason. All are employees of the Bedroom Superstore Warehouse or Showroom. They all want to deliver to me either a complete bed set, or nightstand, or simply a boxspring.
Problem is...I never bought a nightstand, they delivered the complete bed over approximately a month ago. I have asked for the manager and spoke to him and he was no help. Nickolaus put me on hold, and came back and admitted he did not know what was going on.
They moved their warehouse, uprooted their computer system, and are lost. Guard your credit cards, shop elsewhere, because this company will harass you with absurd incompetence. One hand does not know what the other is doing.
