Complaint Review: Bee Cool Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

I contracted Bee Cool to install Central air in my home. The job was scheduled to be done in two days. Bob came to my home on the first day to get paid after that would tell me he was coming and then not show. He left holes in my walls, over cuts in the vents. The electric panel is off, they did not clean anything at all. Be cool also did not finish the job. I have tried to contact Bob a few times but he no longer answers his cell phone when I call. I found this out by calling him from my cell phone and getting no answer but when I called from someone elses number he answered first ring. Also the equipment that he installed is missing the name plate on that has me wondering if it is a return or a defective unit.
