Complaint Review: beeblebrox sphynx cattery Des Dez & Amanda Carpenter Nada Sphynx

I find this report ludicrous and totally without merit. I've seen similar "reports/complaints" which seem to be posted by jealous breeders wishing to inflict harm on Dez and her cattery. Dez advocates for the BREED and educates on the importance of breeders scanning their breeding cats -- an expensive endeavor some are clearly disinterested in as it cuts into their profits. Seems like these "reports" pop up when certain catteries are called to task for unethical or irresponsible breeding practices.

I have a Beeblebrox kitten from Dez and my experience with her has been extremely positive. Dez truly cares about not only any kitten she adopts out to you, but others you may have gotten elsewhere. She at no time bad-mouths other breeders, spreads gossip or engages in any of the outlandish practices described in this "complaint." Dez is very approachable and helpful so if someone DID get a sick kitten from her, grow up and contact her directly for appropriate resolution. Filing anonymous complaints such as this is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt at school yard bullying.

These accusations are so false that it actually made me laugh. Seriously?? Obviously a jealous person. NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS: If you want to purchase a sphynx, go to beeblebroxs website, do the research and see for yourself. This is a fake complaint! 

This report does not make sense.  A sphynx in a flea market? Do your research.  Purchase from a breeder that really scans & sells pets only. 

I have worked with Dez of Beeblebrox cattery.    I have been to her cattery on numerous occassions always finding her cats and kittens to be healthy, clean and lovingly cared for. She spares no expense where her cats are concerned.   I have no hesitation in recommending Desiree of Beeblebrox cattery either as a mentor for the beginning breeder or as a reputable breeder for those interested in the purchase of sphynx cats, kittens or stud use.  The only accusation I can agree with in the original complaint is that she has a "flashy" website.  I inquired if she could help me create one after I viewed hers. 

I'm Amanda Carpenter. This is a fraudulent report. I have proof because:

A. I Don't own/know Nada Sphynx. I own a different cattery, how can you say I sold you a kitten when you don't even know what cattery I run?

B. I don't sell kittens with breeding rights.

C. All my kittens are fixed before going home.

D. I only have kittens available once a year (had you actually known my cattery and checked the website you would know that).

E. All of Desirees cats are registered with posted pedigrees on her website, if you doubt the lineage then please contact the other breeders in the pedigree to verify.

F. Vet records are posted on the Beeblebrox website for all to see, none of them are sick nor has she ever sold a sick kitten.

G. I challenge you to not only post proof of your acusations but also show recipt of sale for your "kitten". These petty lies will only come back to bite you.

The report above was written by a sphynx breeder who has been known to post false information about other breeders.  She has utilized this website to stir up trouble.  We will not post her name but other sphynx breeders know very well of her motives and actions.  We also believe some that some of the other negative reports about sphynx breeders posted have been created by her.  There is no logical reason for this.  This person just clearly has severe mental issues.

None of the information posted in the above report is true, not even the association of the people names and catteries.  The name of the person who posted the report is not true, the location of the person who reported it is not true.. etc..

So yes, please do your homework when looking for a reputable sphynx breeder to make sure that you will be working with someone that is honest and reputable.  Feel free to contact Beeblebrox Sphynx to inquire about any of these lies. 

Facts:

~ Amanada Carpenter owns A Different Cat
~ The other breeder and cattery named are in no way associated with Beeblebrox Sphynx and / or Amanda Carpenter
~ Cats have never been nor will they ever be sold at a flea market or car swap
~ Rescued cats have never been nor will they ever be used as breeders
~ I am not sure what "throw papers" means but I think she was trying to say "hang papers" which is an unethical practice to associate cats with papers which do not belong to them.  Such a practice would have a negative effect on the reliability of all associated pedigrees and the genetic importance of them.
~ The waiting list is accurate. There is nothing fake about it.  Kittens are rarely available.
~ A "boy eyed cream boy" has never been born in either cattery.
~ A cat with full breeding rights has never been sold to anyone for $750
~ All cats in both catteries mentioned are registered as breeders with at least cat registry.
~ Beeblebrox is a cattery, not a kitten mill.
~ Beeblebrox has a very professional website which I suppose someone jealous or angry might say is "flashy".

Yes, do your homework before purchasing a sphynx from any breeder.
