Not only does this business spend a ridiculous amount of time contacting review sites trying and sometimes exceeding in getting bad reviews taken down, they will also not deliver the products you expect in the timeframe they state. Myself and 3 of my bridesmaids purchased from Beedezigned all 4 of us received faulty stock. They didn't honour their refund policy and when we write one star reviews they spent months trying to get them taken down. I'm told by the review site that she contacted them hundreds of times threatening legal action . As soon as they get bullied into removing them another unhappy customer puts another one up. I'm not sure how this place is still in business but dealing with the owner, who clearly has bipolar or some sort of narcissistic personality disorder, was a nightmare. None of the stock we wanted was available despite it being listed on site we should have taken this as a warning but ordered something else. I could have gone to ETSY or officeworks and got much better without the hassle. Just be very wary if you chose to by their paper. I've since found that for half the price we could have gone straight to her supplier LEXEL or purchased from the paper mills like bj ball and got our envelopes made up at a place called MT envelopes for 10cents each NOT the $2 per envelope Beedezigned charged. Biggest nightmare ever dealing with bee-designed.

Purchased 50 envelopes on a Friday morning, had received no dispatch notification by the following Thursday afternoon so emailed to ask whereabouts. Received reply that on this occasion they had needed the full processing time of 5 days but they would be sent the following day. Fair enough but a reason provided would have been appreciated especially as they assert orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days. I received a dispatch notification the next afternoon however when I checked the tracking number provided on the Australia Post website they had not yet received the package. The package was not actually sent until 1.40pm (as per Australia Post) on the Monday afternoon 6 1/2 business days after placing the order. No explanation as to the reason for the delay followed by an outright lie, bad form Bee Dezigned.
