Beekmantown Court false statements, led to arrest, pled guilty to charges I didn't do! Tupperlake and Beekmantown New York
Last December as I was visiting my sister in Tupper Lake New York Troopers picked me up on a warrent that I supposedly called Nikki Corrow my x girl friend and threatned to shoot her. I was transported to plattsburgh in a blinding snowstorm with a crazy state trooper that at times was driving 70 mph. I was afraid we were going to crash at times we went sideways. Anyway after all the paper work was done I was standing in fron of judge Lawless who sent me to clinton county correctional facility on a $500 bail. I got bailed out after sitting in jail for about 11 hours. I got a court appointed lawyer a female at that Marcia Moss.
My first court appearance got adjourned until I could gather up some evidence that Nikki falsified documents with the plattsburgh police, paper work showing she smashed windows at my place of employment and a long list of other police reports, one that was a felony burglery when she lied to plattsburgh police than told the truth after I discussed this with officer scott Reid he talked to her and she admitted lying.
I was living in Albany and had to travel three and a half hours 4 times to court,the man I was working for took me there and it cost him $50 for gas in his truck.During my first court appearance while waiting to be seen Marcia Moss knew I did carpentry and asked me to do some work for her building a mantel over her fire place and some book shelves she even skeched a drawing unreal instead of going over my case she did this instead. Only to approach the judge and ask for an ajournment.
Ok finally I got all my paper work from various incidents and on the last night of my court my boss refused to drive all that way so he put me on a bus, I walked from the bus station to beekman town court which is about 9 miles one way, Marcia Moss told me she got a plea bargan for me to plead guilty to harrassment I was pissed because I wasnt even guilty of the original crime and let her know this but to get it over with I pled guilty got a $360.00 fine and Judge Lawless issued a year restraining order, I went to court twice spent hours trying to get a restraining order against Nikki none was ever issued. I have since left New York with no intentions on ever going back not even to visit my folks because I am so pissed at the justice system up there.
Well I never did pay that fine and if they want me they can come and get me because I have no intention on paying it. I told the guy I was care taking for I was sorry about the $500.00 he put up to bail me out that I would pay him when I got somewhere and got on my feet. So its not only Tupper Lake that has a crooked justice system. Marcia Moss should be brought up on charges of impersoating a lawyer, a bad one at that. I wish a copy of this be forwarded to the Plattsburgh Press Republican news paper and the individuals mentioned above if at all possible.I am not sure if I could file charges for a law suit but it caused me much grief and my boss $200.00 to drive up there that many times.
I forgot to mention that last night in court I had to sleep at the police station cause I had no where to go and didnt want my x to see me and say I threatned to shoot her, I even explained to judge lawless I was trained to kill by the Marine Corps and a gun is the last thing I would need to Kill miss Nikki Corrow matter of fact I would enjoy choking her with my bare hands for all the grief she caused me and the abuse and neglect to my children. Which reminds me that she was mandated by the state to go to drug rehab after numerous complaints by me and some concerned friends about her drug habits with narcotics and driving with my kids.
Social services finally did a drug test and she came up positive for hydrocodone while she was in rehab my kids were left with a 21 year old stranger steve rock who nikki was only with for a week. when I found out about this I called social services and the advised my I couldnt go get my kids that on a hand shake steve was to watch my kids. would someone please help me in bringing these corrupt people to justice. I will keep putting things on her until someone does. thank you.

I'am Nikki. The X girlfriend in this report. First of all Erick and I got together when I was 16 and he was 28. We were off and on for almost 7 years. He would beat the hell out of me and we would split up. Now I'm not saying that I didn't start the fights sometimes but I was raised that a man should not hit a woman. The trooper that Erick is talking about that drove him to Plattsburgh is the one that witnessed alot of the fights when we lived in Saranac Lake. He seen me with the bruses and cuts. One time I was pregnet with our son and he cheated on me on new years 2000. So i moved out. A week later I went to the place we lived to retreave my belongings, and because I interupted Erick with his boyfriend Dean and I demanded my things, Erick beat the hell out of me. It was so bad I had to be transported to the ER. Let me remind you I was pregnet at that time. Thank god MY son was ok. All the times we would get into a fight and I would leave Erick would come to me after he was done being with his boyfriend and beg me not to press charges and come back. And I would. stupid me!! Another thing when I finally pressed charges and kept my word. That time my two toddlers and I had to be put in emrgency housing because stupid me wanted to be with Erick and he wasn't allowed at the housing I was at. Well after a 3 day binge drinking for Erick, I told him he needs to stop drinking and I began to dump the beer. Erick broke the door open and really beat the crap out of me, in front of my kids. when he was doing so he was kicking me in the back, face, and well everywhere. Then he put his fingers in mouth and tryed to rip my jaw off. Thank God for my son who yelled "daddy dont hurt mommy". He did stop for a second to tell my son to shut the "f" up. Then a friend that lived next door came in and took my kids out of there and told Erick he called the cops. Erick then packed his big green bag and went into the woods. That was when I finally pressed charges. Erick says he was trained to kill, well i seen it in his eyes when he was trying to rip my jaw off. But he was also kicked out of the marinecorp because he is a good for nothing drunk. Well my family helped me out taking care of the kids because I was messed up and had a herneaited disk in my back. That was when i was put on some pain meds. Months later I decided I was going to rehab because my doctor wanted me to go for my back and to get a medication that would help with the back pain and was not addicted. Also the person that he is saying is his boss was his friend and it didnt cost no 50 dollers for gas to go from Tupper to Plattsburgh back then. Now about the incident he lies about when he was at work and i saposdally broke a bunch of windows. That is so untrue. That was the day that I got out of the hospital from haveing my daughtor. Which he never even came to see. His reason was because it was a girl he didn't want a girl. But anyways I put her little pick "daddy's girl' dress on her and a little bow in the patch of hair she had so she can go meet her daddy. Well when i got there he freack out so I put her back in her car seat and that was when he came behind me and as soon as s turned around he kick me so hard it ripped three stapples from my insiction from the c-section. I went as fast as I could to the drivers side and got in to drive away befor I closed the door I did pick up a rock and threw it at him, but it only hit him in the leg. After that time I pressed charges on him again but i changed my mind again, because i wanted my kids to have there daddy. So anyways I would like mister Clause Erick Fleming to get his facts right and tell the truth. I could get ALL the police work and ER papers but it would be a waste of time. If I ever have to I will though. Now my kids are growing up great without there father in there lives. They have daddy figure that is more of a father than Erick will ever be. All Erick does is make the babies then leave. He has a son that is olded then my kids and who knows how many others he has abandoned. He will never see my kids again, the family court has all the records that they need to make sure of it.
