Been ripped off by Photopoint - Pantellic Software - Dale Gass, Chairman - Address & Phone numbers
Some people have been posting an incorrect address for Photopoint. The proper and most recent address is as follows:

Not that it matters if they abandonded the offices. The chairman's name is Dale Gass. I won't do it here, but with about 10 minutes' worth of web surfing you can find his phone number in Dartmouth, NS and give him a buzz and ask him about your pictures personally.
As for lawsuits, it'd be more symbolic than anything else. I'm sure there would be nothing to liquidate for us Joe Blow users. If fraud could be proven, however, then they might lose bankruptcy protection for those claims.
For the record, I lost about 2,000 photos and paid for extra mailbox space.
