Complaint Review: Beeper N Phones

Here is a letter I emailed to the store

Your firm ripped me off and good- Luckly for me the money means spit. For you it sucks because principle means everything. Let me explain.

I bought what I thought was a V-60x phone for my wife. I have had this phone for 2 years and it has been a great phone. I went to your Countryside store and Antonio sold me what I thought was the newer, better V-60x... NOT what he sold me was the recalled V-60 without the antenna that pulls out and the one that does not get good reception.

My wife complained about the phone several times and got the run around. You know where the salesperson says it's Alltel problem and Alltel says you guys should not even be selling the phone and should return it and let me move up to a better phone. Derek refused to do anything even when he promised to do so. All he was concerned about was getting me out of the store so other customer could not hear my dreadful story. I like Countryside mall and enjoy my freedom of speech.

Bottom line is I bought another a new phone today from Alltel in Boot Ranch right down the street from my house for another 130.00 since Derek in your office refused to do the right thing. Yea he saved your store a few bucks short term but long term your business will suffer.. it's a small tight nit community and word travels fast.

Unless this get resolved fairly quickly and responsibly I will spend a few dollars and time to help protect others from your what I believe are unethical tactic's. No threats I just will use my freedom of speech to help other from being hurt. Hopefully you are appalled by how your staff handled this case and you will pull the recalled phones off the self and refund me the money I have outlayed.
