Enrico Mirabelli, the founding partner of Nadler, Pritken & Mirabelli intentionally deceived his own client out of over $ 4,000,000.00 Yes Four Million Dollars while representing him in his divorce from his wife who was making over $ 1,200,000 per year. I walked away from the divorce without 5-years in taxes files, no imedical nsurance, debts over $ 1,200,000.00

My x got every dime. Then these crooked lawyers all conspired to go one step further. They assisted in my wife going into another court, during the divorce and suing me for battery. All while she was trying to talk me into adopting 3-children.

to add insult to injury, Enrico Mirabelli, the founding partner with the firm, along with his assistant lawyer Shaun Bersson and his office assistant Martha Stewart conspired to intentionally throw my Appeal of the Battery by lying directly to me his client, and more directly Enrico Mirabelli lied to the Appellate court in writiing.

Enrico Mirabelli is a sociopath. He actually lied in writing to the courts and got caught. He filed papers with the Appellate courts and lied and misrepresented the facts. How can this man get away with such a travesty of justice?

There are lots of good ethical lawyers out there. Why would anyone want this to happen to them. The reality is that crooks never admit that they are crooks so whats the point. Fighting a deviant like this whne you do not have the financial resources in a waste of time.
