I did my homework on these internet scam artist..known as Beezid.com Auction house..
I first read their entire Terms of Service and then they explained in them that we should watch the bidding for awhile as to get used to how things go.

I watched the bidding for 6 hours on different items and something caught my eye..I noticed that the person was bidding on more than one item and I thought that was a bit strange so I wrote the name down and the item that was being bid on.

I then went to another category and I noticed another screen name called fancyityoulost / (Fancy it you lost)..and another one called socker29 / (sucker 29)and here is one more (usn2004 / Using 2004)..get the hint they are saying in so many words that its customers are stupid.

These same names I happen to find in multiple categories bidding and creating bidding wars to boost up the price of items , If you look at some of the items with no activities you will notice the same name waiting for some unsuspecting person to place a bid in different categories..

Now comes the item you are bidding for..lets say its a bid pack you want and the cost of it is $50.00 They will lure you into a bidding war with 1 to 3 bidding bots to push up the price until it has reached around $25 to $27.00..These are bots because they are found throughout the site bidding on different items.

Now lets talk about the bid pack..This is a quote from there Terms of Service..(  Once a bid is placed, it is deducted from the user's bid account. (this means weather you win or not it is still deducted from your account)  Here is another quote from their Terms of service (Unexpired bids, from a Bid Pack or otherwise are not refundable) This means weather you use the bid pack or not it is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Also nowhere in their Terms of service does it state how long or if a Bid Pack expires, Which means it will just sit there if you don't use it..

....stated at the end of the "terms" agreement...

the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral
agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. No
waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be
deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

We would like to advise all users to monitor their bidding practices.
Placing bids online at www.Beezid.com frequently or repeatedly can incur
high costs. Users should therefore pay attention to their bidding
practices and check their charges regularly.

Hmmm...sounds a little like a gambling website liability "waiver".

I see nothing unreasonable about the terms of service.
