Beginning Readers Program Rip-off keep sending me books I didn't order billing me for them then sending me to collections Jefferson City Missouri
I keep getting sets of two to three books that they say I ordered, but I did not. With each set of books is a bill. There is no phone number to call ever. They do say on the bill that I can send back the card with the words "Send no more books" on it, and I will stop getting books.
I have done this several times to no avail. I have stopped trying to send the books back, and now they have sent me to a collection agency. "Aha!" I thought, "Finally a phone number so I can talk to a person!" Wrong, it is a totally automated system. There are no people to talk to ANYWHERE!
I give up!
