I came across this company on the website while looking to but a laptop computer. Their product seems legit and affordable but I was wary. I talked to several customer service representatives online while browsing their products.  They answered all of my questions and concerns.  The person I was talking to online even gave me a 20% discount when I seemed hestitant about paying a $35 shipping fee. I ordered a HP Pavilion laptop on August 23 2010 and paid for it August, 26. I then informed the company via email that I had paid for it and waited few days until they could confirm the payment and send the tracking number.  I received a tracking number for the the courier service in China called EMS on September 1 2010. I tried several times with no sucess to track my package. I then contacted the company via email to express my concern. I also went to their website and tried to talk to a representative online but every time I responded to the inivitation to chat about not being able to track my package the chat session would mysteriously close and no one ever answered my question. On September 3, 2010 I receied an email saying that my package had been detained at customs and there was a fee of $216 that I had to pay for it to be shipped.  I was told that I had to pay or I according to their company policy order two more items and they would take care of the tax. We communicated via email for a span of 30 mins as she tried to explain the tax situation to me. I was enraged because no one mentioned anything about this "tax" when I spoke to the representatives online several different occasions and I immediately requested a refund. They did not respond to my request for a refund and since then I have not heard anything at all from this company despite my numerous emails daily. I  even called the number they had listed to contact them and a woman answered the phone and when I started to describe my situation she hung up and no one has answered the phone since. I contacted the courier EMS and gave them the bogus tracking number and of course there wasnt any information on my supposedly shipped package. I also contacted beijing customs and they informed me that they do not impose a tax on exports to the United States. I have tried to find any kind of info on this company for being a scam and have not so I think they are relatively new.
