Bekins Aamco over 30 days late paying for moving boxes, bad communication with clients Ripoff Denton Texas
They requested we deliver used moving boxes to their clients which they will be moving soon. They request the deliveries be made with very little notice. We accomodate them very well. They have not paid for November's boxes yet. Each time we call they tell us they either sent the check or they are going to send it. Yet, the check has not arrived yet.
They want tax free purchases but, we have not recieved a Tax us permit number to set up a tax free account.
We delivered a $150 on short notice to a client that they did not inform the boxes were used. The client was not happy that they were not told the boxes would not be new ones. We lost money on the deal and were flexible enough not to charge them even though we recieved a small ammount of the boxes back. We also ate a delivery charge on the deal.
They do not appreciate us enough to pay us for a November bill. Be careful when dealing with them. Get your money up front and ask questions.

Since I have posted this we have been paid by Bekins Aamco. There was apparently a communications problem with the billing channels that has been resolved. We have delivered to happy customers that rave about Bekins Aamco and thier team. The relationship between Bekins Aamco and us is very good now and we continue to see happy customers and hear good stories. You should use them for your next move.
