Complaint Review: BELA NOVA MODEL MANAGEMENT

Almost immediately after I created my eRep website for Avon, I recieved an email requesting that I contact who I believed was a potential customer. Excited, I lept at the oppertunity to make my first sale. Mrs. Alice Walton and I corresponded via email. Her grammar threw me off, along with a few other inconsistancies, so I searched for the company's name on the BBB website. Of course, the company was not found. My husband assured me that it was probably a company who was just starting off, and advised me to preceed. I did, and unfortunately gave them my name, address, and phone number. I did however request payment before placing the order, and as she needed the items a.s.a.p. I offered to personally pay for the expedited shipping. I also informed Mrs. Walton that Avon's return policy would not apply since it is not reasonable that I come to CA to pick up any products she wished to return. Thankfully, I have not yet recieved an email back.

 While my transaction did not get so far, other listings stated that they paid with fraudulent checks......AVON REPS BEWARE!!!

I still need to know when you will be picking the items up, and exactly where in PA you are coming to as it may not be in my area. I hate to point out inconsistancies, but the first few emails, you mentioned that they are for work and your manager will forward me payment. You mentioned it was for a client in your last email. I do not at all want to come across rude, but I must insist on payment before I place your order. I am sorry to have to ask like this, but it will prevent me from getting stuck with a bill and items ordered by someone else.
