Early in the year 2002, my now husband and I had gone to Belden's to purchase my husbands wedding band. It started off with one customer service rep. helping us and then passing it off to another. I had to stop them in the middle of the order to let them know they were ordering a 1/4 carat and not the 1/2 carat we were requesting. They scratched off the wrong SKU number and wrote the correct one.

The ring had to be order for the correct sizing, which we totally understood. It was several months before the ring arrived at the store. When I went to pick it up, I informed them that it was not the right ring. For several months I went round and round with literally every employee in the store resulting in getting no where. I had even gone as far as their head people in Ohio and still got no where.

I have since informed them that they will not get another penny from us until we received the ring we are being charged for on our Belden charge card. After the wedding I continued to try to get this situation corrected. I brought the ring & receipt to the store again & finally someone agreed that we receive an 1/8 instead of a 1/2 carat. But of course, nothing til this day has yet been done to correct this matter. Either by the store itself (in which the Manager has since left employment) or their corporate offices.
