I have the same problem like so many others with this company. My Wife signed up for some "special deal" and belisi (bs for short) sent us 3 ties. We thought well for $3 bucks, not a bad deal for "average ties."

Two months later we have two packages with two new ties. Apparently they have been stealing from us (using the credit card number given to another company) and I guess it was sold to them by that company. She read the fine print on the company's site and even the terms and conditions and this was NOT part of it.

And now... Belisi does NOT post their phone number on their site. Although for anyone who needs to know it, I recently found it after some investigation. 800-434-1962 should get you customer service. Anyway we tried to contact them via their website after receiving the first package (which says they will contact you within 72 hours) and return the sh**ty ties, but to this day (about 1-1/2 monthsl ater) still no contact.

I have sent them other requests since then and still no contact from them. I have not tried the number yet as it is Sunday Night and I'm sure they are hard enough to get ahold of during business hours, much less afterwards. This company can rot and burn as far as this individual is concerned.

I have no respect or trust for anyone who cannot make money (or have a honest businessness) without lying and theft from the honest community. If you've had experience with this POS (not Point of Sale) company, please provide some input, together we can make a difference.

After I get ahold of some idiot on that 800 number (800-434-1962) I will file a BBB report (Better business bureau) and try to get this company taken care of.

Should you choose to keep the introductory shipment, you agree to make just four additional purchases in the next 2 years. After that, you may discontinue your membership at any time. RETURNING THE INTRODUCTORY SHIPMENT

If you wish to return your introductory package and cancel your membership, you may do so, but only within 10 days of receiving your introductory package.





Here is a brief review of our policies:



1. Customer gets introductory package as part of our necktie club at a 95% discount (3 ties for $3 each, plus a free gift).

2. Customer can return the package within 10 days if not satisfied (and we often extend to 30 days or more if the customer is unhappy)

3. When initial order is placed, customer must agree to terms of the club before placing order.

4. Immediately upon placing the order, customer is sent an email explaining the terms again fully and notifying them of the date of the next scheduled shipment.

5. Once the first shipment is shipped, customer is sent another email explaining the terms again and notifying them of the date of the next scheduled shipment.

6. Once the first shipment is received, the package includes one piece of literature: our membership guide which explains the terms again.

7. At any time during this process, customer can log in to their account at Belisi.com and change the date of their next scheduled shipment and the tie that is sent.

8. If after all this, customer gets the next scheduled shipment and they aren't satisfied with the quality or style, they can return it for an exchange.



In summary, the customer is notified 4 times of our offer terms and the fact that another shipment will be coming prior to the 2nd shipment being shipped: 1st-on the website; 2nd-in the confirmation email 3rd-in the order shipped email for the previous order and 4th-in the membership booklet.



The phone number is located on the website, within the terms and conditions, under the FAQ's within the customer support interface, within their account under their shipping address, on their billing statement provided by their credit card issuer, on their invoice and within the membership booklet they received with their introductory order. If they didn't see the number then perhaps the issue isn't the service, its that they didn't read any of the literature provided to them.



If the customer visited our website and submitted an email as stated on our policies to cancel their account, they would have received an email directly from management. They also are given our return address on all the literature as stated above in which they were more than able to return the ties for a refund.Belisi Fashions is also opened Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5pm excluding holidays, there is no phone support over the weekend.
