Please beware of special offers - in LIFE, NOTHING IS FOR FREE. I just as others thought wow 3 ties so cheap. 39.95 dollars later I got the most hideous looking thing ( neck tie ) in the mail, I called the 1-800 number that I had to get from THIS SITE as it is no where on theirs, and it was Return Everything and we will give you your money back or cancel now - I chose cancel now, and IMMEDIATELY informed my credit card company about the situation, I highly suggest this to all.

AGAIN - Don't do online questionaires, and remember IN LIFE - EVERYTHING COMES WITH A PRICE~!

Unfortunately there is no information on this complaint that allows us to look at the specific account.



When you place your enrollment order on our companies website, you get an introductory shipment at a huge discount, up to 95% off. Once you receive the introductory shipment, which is not a 1 time purchase offer, you have 10 days to review it. If you are not satisfied, you can simply return the introductory shipment (plus any free gifts) and you will be given a full refund.



By keeping the introductory shipment, you indicate to us that you are satisfied with our products and that you accept the terms of the club including the 4 additional purchase requirements on the auto ship program within 12 months at regular club prices of $24.50 and up.



According to the complaint, this customer received their first auto ship order and they were not satisfied with the pattern. The customer apparently inquired with our customer service department about cancelling their membership early. Our representative reviewed the account, and under the clubs satisfaction guarantee, gave the customer the option of keeping both shipments and exchanging the additional pattern for an alternate selection of their choice, or to return both shipments for a full refund.
