Bell Expresvu Cut back on the number of channels with close captioning Toronto Ontario
Some time after i subscribed to Bell Expressvu for TV service, I found fewer and fewer channels with close captioning. In response to one complaint, I was told they provide close captioning if the broadcaster has it. I have since found that other providers do have captioning for the channels I'm missing, i.e. Bravo, TVO, most CBC programming. To-day I was told they don't have contracts with those broadcasters. There was no notification or change in cost when service was reduced.
