Bell & Howell Poor performance of TV Headset. Bought two and neither would charge. Charger is very poor Wallingford, Connecticut
I purchased a Bell & Howell TV Headset and it worked. However, within two weeks, the headset would not make contact with either slot of the charger so it discharged and became worthless.
I purchased a second set, thinking I had gotten a lemon. The exact same thing happened. One slot of the charger never worked and the other would only work if I weighted down the headset with something heavy.
I cleaned all the contacts to no avail. I collected all this garbage and threw it in the dump, poorer but wiser.
