Leonard Larner, Barclay Larner and Yvonne Larner of Bell Insurance Agencies Ltd located at 719 St Mary's Rd in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada are a disgrace to the insurance industry as conveyed through their unethical practices. Leonard Larner and Bell Insurance Agencies Ltd have no issue with disclosing your personal and confidential information to third parties. Bell Insurance Agencies, in particular Leonard Larner WILL contact your new insurance provider after you leave them and try to prevent you from obtaining insurance. Leonard Larner / Bell Insurance Agencies Ltd in Winnipeg are pathetic and should have their licenses revoked.

In one related issue Leonard Larner of Bell insurance agencies ltd. took it upon himself to contact a clients new provider and disclosed priviledged information to a third party on his own, without consent from his former client. Leonard Larner knows that this is a complete violation of the law yet disregards this as he feels he is above the law. Needless to say the new provider reported back to the client and is participating in having Leonard Larner's insurance license and brokers license revoked through the insurance council of Manitoba.
