Please don't even think about getting a cell phone with Bell Mobility. This is the worst company I've ever had the miserable misfortune of being stupid enough to sign a contract with. Probably the worst cell phone coverage, rude idiotic help staff but the absolute worst thing about Bell is they blocked access to my account so I couldn't pay my bill. I CANCELED my account by paying FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. Much to my dismay I still was receiving e bills, I called and raised h*ll and was told because I didn't cancel through the right person the cancellation was invalid (even though I was told it had gone through fine)

So, I had to pay the four hundred dollar cancellation fee TWICE. TWICE.

And, I am still getting e bills from Bell!

I will be suing, so if anyone wants to input some information on Bell, happy to add it to the case.
