Bell South, cramming - charges for services i dont recieve
Bell South has charged me long distance fees (approx $10 monthly) for the past four months. I called them to complain. they told me that if I had already paid the bill there was nothing they could do about it. I called At&t to resolve the issue, they told me to subtract the amount in question from the next bill. I did so, but Bell South just keeps added it on as an unpaid balance from last month. So I keep paying in order to have a phone, but it is bullshit.

If the charges on your BellSouth bill are from another company and have a different billing inquiry telephone then the issue comes from that other company.
Bellsouth does single billing for several companies and when we recieve a bill we pay it then wait for you the customer to pay us.
Sometimes when a company says they will be issuing a credit it may take 2-3 billing cycles. Be patient and if it does not come in call that company directly not BellSouth
