Bell South ripoff been trying to get service downgraded since 06/10/03 New Orleans Louisiana
Started calling customer service 06/10/03 to down grade residential phone service. Company still charging higher price.
Gave up on customer service and started on line complaints. Now they want to up-grade to something else I don't need.
