Bella AT home/ Blizzard white www.blizzardwhite.com Free trial/ SCAM!!! Company charged my credit card almost $200 dollars several days after I received the free trial which I already initially paid for before the product was sent...They refused to issue a full refund. Henderson Nevada
Blizzard white/ Bella at Home, are actually the same company...I accepted a free trial offer online for two separate teeth whitening products...They charge a small fee to try each product, (so I thought) these are two separate charges and is misleading posing as two different companies...they claim these two products can work together to give better results...and the products arrived in the same shipment....Days after recieving it they charged my credit card over $94.00 for the blizzard white...I called demanding a refund, and got the run around from a CSR, who later also claimed she was the supervisor...At first she told me she could not give me a refund, when I persisted she offered me 35% refund, then 60% refund, then a 75% refund with the return of the products, and I had to pay for shipping costs associated with the return...
After much persistance, she finally agreed to give me a full refund, and told me not to worry about sending the product...I had to be persistant to finally get this refund...The next day an amount of over $92.00 was charged to my card...I called again, same woman answered the call, and I received the same exact run around...The first time I spoke with this CSR I was told she was the supervisor when I asked to speak to one. The second time I spoke with her I was hung up, called back and was hung up on again...I was told all the same things again, and she gave me all the same refund offers, but not the full refund I asked for...
She wouldn't answer my questions, and repeatedly replied with an adress to send the product back for a 75% refund... This time after I persisted and asked for a supervisor she put me on hold to find one. (after telling me the previous day that she was the only supervisor) After waiting for several minutes she came back on the line to tell me they were busy and would call me back...I have not yet recieved a call back! They are SCAM ARTISTS!! who RIP you OFF, not once! but twice...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Since I only ever spoke to the same person, I am inclined to believe this is a SHADY AT HOME BUSINESS!!! I also found information that a suit has been filed against them, and there are several claims that this is a scam...Because it is!! I only wish I would have researched this company before I gave them my credit card information.

Hello Marie. I want to apologize for the misunderstanding about out trial promotion and how the terms and conditions work. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
On the Bella at home website at the bottom of the page under the sectioned labeled notice, and the terms of use it explains the initial $1.03 was a processing fee and $3.87 for S&H. It also states: We'll enter you into our Home Beauty™ Club. With the Home Beauty™ Club program you'll get a Monthly Maintenance professional-level dental syringe of Bella At Home whitening solution to maintain your brand new, brilliant white smile. It also states: Unless you decide to take an action to cancel (by calling our customer service center at 1-888-589-7956 or www.BellaAtHomeProducts.com), we'll conveniently bill your credit card $94.31 for the full 30 day tooth whitening Home Beauty™ Club.
Our company does not ever refer to the trial products as free samples. The free trial is the period of time the cx has to try the product. A trial period. If the cx exceeds this trial period and no contact has been made our company to cancel, the cx is automatically enrolled to our monthly subscription program.
This would be why you were charged the full price of products. If the full price of the product was charged to the cx account, our customer service representatives are available to assist the customer to resolve the issue and offering available offers depending on the product and specific situation. In this case, these were two separate companies and needed to be handled separately.
I hope this can help clear up any misunderstandings about our trial promotion. Again, I genuinely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have any further questions about our terms and conditions. Thank you.
Sincerely, Ms. Halloway
