Complaint Review: Bella Beads

I was interesting to do part time work at home. one day I was surfing the web , I discovered the national homeworkers association I decided to contact them.two weeks later I received a catalog. that's how I put myself in this financial embroglio.

I sent $245 to bella beads to order 5 set of bookmarks plus a completed bookmark and other staff. I received beads to make only one boomark. then I realised I couldn't make their bookmark which is very complex I decided to send back the package and get my refund. since nothing. they don't answer phone calls do not return phone calls.what should I do to get my money back.
