Bella Beads sent beads for one bookmark 4 week after my order of $86.65 for a kit and supplies.I ask for a refund and the rest of the supplies.The person on the phone stated I could have a refund.Eagle, Idaho
I can't contact the Bella Beads company. I did tell the representive the beads were to small I ask if I could do something else.She said no,she also stated I could not have a refund nor could I get the supplies I paid $86.65 for. I went to a bead class to finish the bookmark.I sent the finished bookmark back ceritifed mail.It was returned five weeks later broken I left several messages. I don't have enough beads to send another sample.I brought more beads from a random company.Scam...
