Complaint Review: Bella Moda Studios

I have had it with Bella Moda Studios. After shopping online one day and seeing a purse on their website, I decided I would buy an $89.99 purse. I was waiting patiently for the 14 days they quoted me and they even called my cellular phone to confirm my order. I had no idea that I would never get my purse.

That was Jan 15th and it is now April. The only reason I know their phone number is because I have record of their call on my cell phone bill. I tried to call that number and it has conveniently been disconnected. So I went to e-mailing them on the help account they suggested on their website. Soon after the web site was done for reconstruction so the shoppers could shop better, that was months ago. I continued to e-mail them, no response, no one to call.

I am considering turning this internet scam into the state so they can deal with them. I would love to hear from anyone who has shopped at this low budget website and had the same hellish experience. It's not the money but more I was charged and really liked the purse I was supposedly purchasing. I know more than likely, I will never get my money or my purse.
