Bella Restor Advertised free samples then continued to charge credit card without authorization other Nevada
My husband ordered free face cream and eye serum online. Shortly after products arrived, noticed unauthorized charges on our credit card by Bells Restor. Called company and they did reverse the charges, but am sure many who do not monitor their cards may still be receiving unauthorized billing from this company.
