I was mailing Christmas presents and got the boxes mixed up. I sent my sisters Christmas Present to them and there return product to my sister. I spoke to 3 different agents and got a different answer from all three. They can’t put me in touch with there warehouse to have them send the package back. My sister mailed there package on to them. My sisters present was very expensive. One of the agents told me to go to the post office and see if they could do anything and they said no it’s out of there hands. They received the package because l tracked it. They received it on 12/1517. One of the agents hung up on me when l asked to speak to someone who could speak better English. All l want is for them to send it back to me. I’m willing to pay the postage but there very uncooperative. This is so wrong. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell they stuff on the internet if there not going to help there customers with an honest mistake.
