Here is Parker Favrot writing a fake 5 star review for Bella Ridge Apartments. In case you didn’t know who Parker Favrot is, he is the son of James Favrot who is the owner of 1st Lake Properties- Bella Ridge Apartments and all 1st Lake properties. So apparently Parker Favrot was told to write a review for daddy’s property or took it upon himself to do so in order to increase their rating.

Either way it shows how unethical these people are and how they are willing to tell lies in order to make themselves look good. Parker Favrot has never lived at Bella Ridge but still puts a 5 star Review on Facebook as if he did. It doesn’t seem like 1st Lake Properties cares who they lie to, so ask yourself if you trust people like this with your living situation. Many 1st Lake Property residents report getting cheated out of their deposits and other unethical practices by 1st Lake Properties.
