Complaint Review: Bella Rose Construction

I responded to an advertisement for a job. I met with Joe Day who was reportedly the owner of a large construction and development group. I was offered a job but nothing ever happened to a degree. He kept asking me to do work which I completed as requested. I needed additional information from him which he never provided. I was concerned because there was no office. He only met me at local places like restaurants or coffee shops. The website had a phone number but no license number. Looking it up online I found no general contractor license. Finally I decided this wasn’t for me after much research. Another employee who was also hired and doing work found out more information about him and his scams in California if you want to google Paul Saint Hilaire in California. Here he was known as Joe Day, Whiteleaf, And Paul.
