Complaint Review: Bella Voi Laser Skin Centers

I have had several good experiences with Bella Voi in the laser hair removal. However, without warning, they closed their doors and overnight left the area. Before any other appointment they would call and confirm my arrival. They did not this time and I went to the center to find the doors closed and windows covered.

I had also just purchased another package and was to start treatment today (6/29/2006). It was already pre-paid for in full. Though, as stated above, I received no phone call and arrived to closed doors. I also have other fully paid packages uncompleted. I have lost more than $700+.

I had been trying to contact them via phone as I was trying to resschedule due to other last minute plans. Since I could not contact them, I rearranged the other plans to make the time to get there. I have lost time and money.
