I ordered a sample cream product 5/11/15, recieved the product for $4.95 S&H.

May 25, 2015 I called 866-921-8230 and talked to Virginia to cancel my automatic order as I did not use the product and did not want to continue.  She said it was cancelled and gave me confirmation #735745.

May 27, 2015 called company again because $98.41 charges appeared on my bank account statement.  Talked to Maurio and he said they could not issue a refund.  I said then this was a ripoff and would complain on their web site and Better Business bureau.  He said, 'let me check my rules", came back on the phone and offered a 30% refund.  I said I wanted a full refund, once again he put me on hold to check his 'rules'.  Then he offered me a 50% refund, at which time I said okay, but still complained it was a ripoff.  Gave me confirmation number #735745 and said in 2-3 days $49.20 would be refunded.

Received an email confirming the refund of $49.20 to be credited to my bank account in 2-3 days.
