Complaint Review: Bellamia Quench

BellaMia Quench is a bait and switch company. Gets you to order a free sample that actually isn't free. They charge you for it without you knowing. Then if you are lucky enough to get an RMA from a supervisor to send back your product for a full refund they never refund the money.

You send back the product with an RMA number to the PO BOX. They write it has been processed and a full refund will be given within 5 days or some backs 30 days. Even when that is done the date comes and goes with no refund. Then they say they are trying to fix the problem. No fefund has been given and it has been months.  

This company is one big scam. It is a typcial bait and switch. The fine print of that the sample is not free is so small and you never even know that 14 days later without an email or any warning your account will be charged $89.97 a month until you cancell that subscription.  

You can call and talk with reps but they are unable to help you get things resolved.

Here is the bottom line. The producet was returned with a RMA # given by the company for a full refund. That refund was given via email it was taking place and the item was received back. The refund was never received. The company was told it was never received and still has not given back the refund.  They took back the product and kept the money. 

I hope that the Attorney General will look into companies such as this.
