I purchased two "replica" yoke emblems for a 72-year-old Bellanca CruiseAir aircraft which is under restoration.  The original emblems were cast brass painted artwork.  Seller is ssupplying flat brass plates with cheap decals instead of artwork (see picture below).

When the unacceptable emblems were returned the seller opened the packaging,  saw the return and then resealed the packaging with scotch tape, marked it "refused" and returned to the post office which then charged me for the return postage.  Cost to me is over $148.00.

Seller is committing common law fraud by selling inferior replica emblems and refusing refunds.
