Bellow is the chat we had about the 262.95 dollars the charged me. He admited the error and said I would get my money back but 5 months later I still have not seen my money.

I'm the true owner of Bella's Desire Model Agency, this has been a sabotage article posted to hurt my reputation on my business and developments. This site is at fault for allowing this sham of a post to be written and submitted. I have many E-commerce development and do not recall any of this being brought up, I have a 99% clean sheet in business for the last seven years, until recent when a friend did a search on google this post came up...

People don't believe these scam artist, the site administrators use this content for rank and optimization, all product orders done on any of my sites by third party drop ship companies have verified there is no case open or pending for refund. Thank you to the the haters and liars that have wrote this entire story to make me look bad, but yet don't keep hating HATERS....

Administrators of this site feel free to contact me on number provided, I will take this under consideration that the site did not know about this, will like all these post removed and my account deleted as well.

I will let anyone reading this decide for themselves. Let me point out a few problems with the Rebuttal. Note how the owner forgot to change the dates The chat goes from the 15th to the 16th and then back to the 15th. Talking about fake chats remember to change your dates in the future. I tried to punch that FedEx tracking number into their website and it doesn't exist. I will now add the whole chat as copied from my skype history without any edits and let the people decide who is the scam artist. The owner of this store is trying everything to keep my $262.

Mr. Micheal Mandy placed a order for A Fountain from my chain stores online Bella's Desire! This system is very simple to use and also idiot proof for people who try to defraud the public! And use bogus online .com's like this one! As the founder of Youth Enterprise Program Upstate New York and Founder & Poet of The Life Poet Society. All of my business is legal and the community looks up to me as a mentor and role model in the communities surrounding Upstate New York all the way to Brooklyn New York. This guy a a scam artist, The Fountain was shiped and signed for , Mr. Mandy also decided to buy the business package and make money! The program he signed up for was my BellasDesireHealth .com promoting The Greatest Vitamin's in the world. One of the agents at the greatest vitamin's in the world signed him up and collected info to charge his card for weight loss supplement and also a website package Mr. Mandy was pissed off when he did not recieve the vitamins in a week and went crazy calling my phone stalking my IM which is CEO | Mr. Ruben J Burgos these other two ID's he has are bogus Fake and made up to defraud the public with information that is vital and can hurt a business, well I'm known on the internet as a good person and it will be kept that way, there is not one report of my Business in the Better Business Office . These statements made are false and a scheme to get money and knock a family business name! My workers are loyal and respectful and speak in good manor! Mr. Mandy Recieved his package in Africa with FED ex on 3-25-2007 TRACKING #7005 3110 0003 1260 7330 stamped and signed for! Also I have a copy of the order the price and Mr. Mandy's signing! Here are the two manin chats me and Mr. Mandy had the other two he wrote are fake.....

The admins of this site are very rude and This matter will be handled in court* Legal action can be taken on a site that misrepresents you or your company with false statements posted. Business has been slowed down dued to this statement made on this .com and I will be suing for damage on my business with the burden of proof or documents filed! I advise All business owners that feel there is a injustice on this site to do the same.....
