Complaint Review: Bellavoi Laser Center Of Atlanta

I would like to file a complaint against a business that has gone bankrupt that owes me a refund. I went to Bellavoi Laser Center of Atlanta in Perimeter Mall on April 13, 2006 for a photofacial individual trial session that I paid $200.00 for. After the trial, I purchased a package including five (5) photofacials and five (5) micro-dermabrasion sessions for $1,300.00. In total, I paid $1,500.00 to Bellavoi Laser Center.

I received two sessions of this package on May 3, 2006, and May 31, 2006, and just learned of the company's closing when I went to the place of business on June 21st and saw that is was closed. No sign was on the door, but many fixtures from the interior were removed. I checked their website bellavoi.com and learned they had gone bankrupt. A posting on the website even said that when equipment was inoperable, the employees were instructed to continue using it on customers, so I even question the effect of the two package sessions and initial trial session I did receive.

I learned from the website that the owner of Bellavoi Laser Center is Rick Bagley, 3308 Preston Rd. Suite 350, PMB 273, Plano, TX 75093.
I never received a copy of the package contract because they said they would mail it to me and never did.
