Purchased a product that was a set of two from a well known supply chain.  One of the two products was defctive.  Instead of working on my roject I had to go back to the large supply chain to replace and exchange the items  I grabbed another of te same item.  I had the girl at customer service open the package to se if both identical products worked.  In this pack there was also one of the two identical items that did not function.  So I had to take the one working part from each pack of identical items to get two working identical items.  I bet if I had opened another pack, only one of the two identical items would have functioned correctly.   Your quality control sucks!  Get a grip on your products Bell!!  Now I spent the last and coolest part of the day going back to do a return.  The sun has gone down and I cant work on my project so I am sitting here doing this instead.
