Hello, My name is Belle Quisel-Sibug,

Your posting has caused me problems and will continue to cause me problems in the future if the Posting is not deleted, since the company I wrote the check did not send me any letter at all where I can respond accordingly.

I have already made a Restitution to this check with the District Attorney's Office in San Diego, California, since I did not receive any letter from the Vendor.

I am a community leader, who made a mistake and corrected the mistake.

My reputation supersedes me of who I am in my community and in my church where I am a Member for over 21 years now. I am a highly respected community leader I am a Fund Raiser for Educational Excellence Awards and a Member and Officers of several community organizations for over 25 years and I DO NOT GET PAID at all, since that is the meaning of TRUE Volunteer work. Your give your Time, Talents, and Treasure wholeheartedly, without expectations of getting back in return. I do a lot of Volunteer work in my community and in my church and I was a CCE - Catholic Continuing Education Teacher for (8) eight years and was a member of the same church from October 1986 to Present WITH an Active Volunteer Ministries for several years working with the children and the Youth Program and currently serving as one of the many Eucharistic Ministers.

This person who posted this information about me to my community and my friends admitted that she is COMPUTER HACKER AND PROUD OF IT.

Achan's Sin

1 But the Israelites acted unfaithfully in regard to the devoted things [a]; Achan son of Carmi, the son of Zimri, [b] the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah , took some of them. So the LORD's anger burned against Israel .

2 Now Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is near Beth Aven to the east of Bethel , and told them, "Go up and spy out the region." So the men went up and spied out Ai.

3 When they returned to Joshua, they said, "Not all the people will have to go up against Ai. Send two or three thousand men to take it and do not weary all the people, for only a few men are there." 4 So about three thousand men went up; but they were routed by the men of Ai, 5 who killed about thirty-six of them. They chased the Israelites from the city gate as far as the stone quarries [c] and struck them down on the slopes. At this the hearts of the people melted and became like water.

6 Then Joshua tore his clothes and fell facedown to the ground before the ark of the LORD, remaining there till evening. The elders of Israel did the same, and sprinkled dust on their heads. 7 And Joshua said, "Ah, Sovereign LORD, why did you ever bring this people across the Jordan to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites to destroy us? If only we had been content to stay on the other side of the Jordan ! 8 O Lord, what can I say, now that Israel has been routed by its enemies? 9 The Canaanites and the other people of the country will hear about this and they will surround us and wipe out our name from the earth. What then will you do for your own great name?"

10 The LORD said to Joshua, "Stand up! What are you doing down on your face? 11 Israel has sinned; they have violated my covenant, which I commanded them to keep. They have taken some of the devoted things; they have stolen, they have lied, they have put them with their own possessions. 12 That is why the Israelites cannot stand against their enemies; they turn their backs and run because they have been made liable to destruction. I will not be with you anymore unless you destroy whatever among you is devoted to destruction.

13 "Go, consecrate the people. Tell them, 'Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow; for this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: That which is devoted is among you, O Israel. You cannot stand against your enemies until you remove it.

14 " 'In the morning, present yourselves tribe by tribe. The tribe that the LORD takes shall come forward clan by clan; the clan that the LORD takes shall come forward family by family; and the family that the LORD takes shall come forward man by man. 15 He who is caught with the devoted things shall be destroyed by fire, along with all that belongs to him. He has violated the covenant of the LORD and has done a disgraceful thing in Israel !' "

16 Early the next morning Joshua had Israel come forward by tribes, and Judah was taken. 17 The clans of Judah came forward, and he took the Zerahites. He had the clan of the Zerahites come forward by families, and Zimri was taken. 18 Joshua had his family come forward man by man, and Achan son of Carmi, the son of Zimri, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah , was taken.

19 Then Joshua said to Achan, "My son, give glory to the LORD, [d] the God of Israel, and give him the praise. [e] Tell me what you have done; do not hide it from me."

20 Achan replied, "It is true! I have sinned against the LORD, the God of Israel. This is what I have done: 21 When I saw in the plunder a beautiful robe from Babylonia, [f] two hundred shekels [g] of silver and a wedge of gold weighing fifty shekels, [h] I coveted them and took them. They are hidden in the ground inside my tent, with the silver underneath."

22 So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran to the tent, and there it was, hidden in his tent, with the silver underneath. 23 They took the things from the tent, brought them to Joshua and all the Israelites and spread them out before the LORD.

24 Then Joshua, together with all Israel, took Achan son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the gold wedge, his sons and daughters, his cattle, donkeys and sheep, his tent and all that he had, to the Valley of Achor. 25 Joshua said, "Why have you brought this trouble on us? The LORD will bring trouble on you today."

Then all Israel stoned him, and after they had stoned the rest, they burned them. 26 Over Achan they heaped up a large pile of rocks, which remains to this day. Then the LORD turned from his fierce anger. Therefore that place has been called the Valley of Achor [i] ever since.

The merchant itself, did not even mail me anything about the check to collect it from me directly.

It took me all this time to respond since I AM really upset with the posting in the Internet.

I want the merchant to delete the misinformation about me in the Internet.

Once I receive a Notice or Letter from your Office or from the Merchant that the Derogatory Name Calling and Misinformation about me is deleted, then I will mail the (2) two checks of $10.00 and $35.00 to your office, once I verify that the Posting in the Internet about me is no longer there.

I would have no reason not keep my words since the posting did upset me. Now, that they have the $267.20 with the money order I sent together with this letter, then, the Merchant should delete their posting about me in the Internet.

Just would like to tell everybody on the internet be aware of this lady
whose name is Belle Quisel-Sibug, with her driver license number ****,

She came to one of our agents' store in San Diego and bought bunch of
jewlery on October 21, 2006 with a bad check almost $300 that only has
her PO Box 7** (((REDACTED FOR SECURTY PURPOSES))), Houston, TX77272
address on it. which should indicate she is a professional bad check writer. That
is the main reason which we would like the world know about her.

Retailers, beware! She is a Philipino, with black hair, around 40 years
old. She said that she was visiting her daughter in San Diego. And her
husband is working in the military which is the main reason she was in
the store which is on the military base. Our agent would not accept such a
check if she was not a military family member. Shame on her for being a
mother and a military family member!

When we first called her, she was still picking up the phone. Now she
does not pick up her phone call, and there is no answering machine either.
We were told by her bank -Bank of America that she owes them money as

My take is, if you are going to challenge the Constitution and By-Laws, NOW, AND ENFORCED IT, MORE TO THE WORDS, (VERBATIM) THEN, IT IS HIGH TIME THAT TAGALOG ASSOCIATION OF TEXAS, INC., NEED TO AMEND OR SUBMIT THE BY-LAWS AGAIN TO THE STATE OF TEXAS UNDER THE 501(c)3 FOR COMPLETE AND TOTAL ENFORCEMENT WITHOUT WAIVER, AND THERE IS A DEPARTMENT IN AUSTIN THAT DOES THIS PROCESS FOR ANY ORGANIZATIONS.

I would be glad to process the paperwork for the Tagalog Association of Texas, Inc., and when I do, then, I will submit first AND foremost, my Official Resignation as a Member of the Tagalog Association of Texas, Inc., effective immediately, since I DO NOT QUALIFY TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL TAGALOG ASSOCIATION OF TEXAS, INC., MEMBER, based on where I was born and where I was raised and live growing up in the Philippines.

Belle and all,

First of all I guess I have nothing to explain to all of you since this
does not concern most of you. I sent an email to Marie to set up a Special
BOD meeting so we can discuss the issue about the Induction. She emailed me
back stating that she doesn't have time right now and she will get back to
me. I also told her that we really need to do this meeting ASAP so that we
can discuss also the Pista sa Nayon because most of the officers are not
committing to attend. To tell you the truth, most of the officers doesn't
really know what is Pista sa Nayon until now. Marie knew that I supported
her project ever since she made that project and I even suggested some
activities to do. I even helped her look for a place where we are going to
celebrate it. I told her several times before to call for a meeting to
discuss this and so that work could be allocated but she never did. Randy
should have done this too since he said that he is the Chairman of the
affair. If they have done their work, then all officers should have been
notified. Nobody's boycotting the Pista sa Nayon, all Marie and Randy needs
to do is to meet and communicate with the officers so that they can get
their support.

I understand your concern regarding the fund raising and I am also for
that. I have done a lot of fund raisings too last year in which some of
them I did not even get any support from most of the officers too. Even
though I did not get their support, I still put a lot of effort on it just
for the sake of the scholars that we are supporting. Nobody has the right
to accuse me that I did those for my own personal reason because all the
money that I collected went directly to the organization's fund.

And in reference to my request for the clarification about the terms of
office, I am doing this because I knew that what have transpired during
election last Sunday was absolutely illegal if you will base it according
to the Constitution and By-Laws. I will repeat what I have read according
to Article III, Section 5 regarding terms of office: All officers shall
hold office for two years or until their successors are duly elected and
appointed.

What is the point of having this Constitution and By-laws if it will not be
followed? According to Marie, this is just a guideline, but I agree, it is
a guideline that needs to be followed. What I knew also is that whoever
gets elected and inducted, they swear that they will abide and uphold by
the rules of the Constitution and By-Laws so all the act that they do
should be based on this.

In regards to your question about "urgency of taking over", there is none.
Just like what I have mentioned earlier, we are just basing everything in
regards to what the Constitution and By-Laws states. The current officers
were inducted on June 17, 2006 and everything was turned over to her
administration by Bobby Reyes, the immediate past President, during the
month of her induction. If you will follow the Constitution and By-Laws,
the term of the current Board will end on June of 2008. Tell me what to
tell these officers who asked, "What is the point of extending a term if a
leader does not even get any support from most of her officers?". For me, I
have nothing against Marie extending her term but she will need to speak to
the Board and let them decide if she can stay or not. She really needs to
communicate with all of her officers not with anybody else since this will
not help her at all.

I have communicated myself and it's all up to you to decide on what you
think about this. I am not here to make an argument nor a grudge to
anybody. I am here because I want to serve the Filipino community and adopt
more scholars in the future which has been my agenda ever since I started
since 2004. I will stand for what I believe and if that will cause me to
loose friendship with some of you then I am sorry.

If any administrations have and will fully enforced the Black and White Constitution and By-laws, then, by all means and by LEGAL RIGHTS OF EVERY TAGALOG ASSOCIATION MEMBERS AND OFFICERS, I should not have become a Member AT ALL EVER, since I am VISAYA, BISAYA, FROM MINDANAO, BORN AND RAISED, nor some of the current Members and Officers NOW.

I was first invited to become a Member of the Tagalog Association of Texas, Inc., under Bobby **** Presidency, by Mercy ***, and I was really and honestly wavering, even though me and Bobby were already friends, then, since after all, I have known Tagalog Association of Texas, Inc., as an organization since 1994 of March.

I joined the Tagalog Association of Texas under Marie's administration because of Lauren AND MY LONG TIME FRIENDSHIPS WITH THE SA*** FAMILIES, and for my friendship with Marie and Helen, AND MOST ESPECIALLY FOR THE EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS GRANTS FOR OUR FILIPINOS STUDENTS IN THE PHILIPPINES, IN WHICH IT IS ONE OF MY PASSION, GIVING BACK TO OUR STUDENTS, and the fact that I have secured Saint ******* Catholic Church **** CENTER.

I have hold several Queens for F.A.S.T. and the Houston Fil-Am Lions Club, and this is the first year I have solicited Ads that I received several negative feedbacks about the organization, ever, since I am A very well known fundraiser and solicitor for several organizations.

This is in reference to the question about the terms of office of the
officers of the Tagalog Association of Texas. According to the constitution
in Article III Section 5:

Section 5. Terms of Office. All officers shall hold office for two years or
until their successors are duly elected and appointed.

Therefore, the Tagalog Constitution clearly specifies the time frame when
the newly-elected officers can hold office.

For your information, the current officers were inducted to office on June
17, 2006.

It also states in the Constitution and By laws that the amendment should be
made by the Board of Directors and not by special referendum nor by
electoral body.

The above mentioned person seems to be the same person that is active in a church and does fundraisings and an event coordinator/ adviser for a Filipino community, Not for Profit organization in Houston, Texas. Having my own business , I will definitely avoid this person, nor deal with her. It is scary that she is handling fundraisers :).
I hope that you get resolution to Your dilemma.
One suggestion that may be helpful is for you to file a complaint against her through the district attorney's office, here in Houston Texas. It's not the money really but it's the principle.
