Belle Vacation Club gives Vacation Clubs that work, a bad name. Jerald Evanson is behind Belle Vacation Club using using his son johnny evanson name as the owner.
so you don't see the connection, since his name has ZERO credibility. Also he opens up distributors in different names, to sell on behalf of Belle Vacation Club.
Even when a person joins and then decides to cancel within their 3 day recission, they keep all of the sales price, for what they call it takes time
". There are couples who cancel within 3 hours and and still didnt get a FULL refund. They are making money even when a person cancels.
Belle travel business is operating out of his house in utah, even thou they are registered in utah. Belle travel address you will notice it is the same address as their house. This is the BIGGEST RIPOFF Operation there is!!!!!!
How they are able to open up businesses, then go bankrupt, and reopen other businesses in different names ,and go bankrupt in the same field...

Family and Business slandered by disgruntled former worker
The way this venue (ripoffreport.com) works as I understand it, anyone including a fictitious character can use this venue to make libelous and slanderous remarks without being held accountable. They can do it by signing a false name and false phone number.
We have been the victim of a person professing to be Corey from Texas. We have never worked in Texas, nor did we have a Corey interview to work for us at DirectBuy. We have never owned a DirectBuy. We have never been bankrupt, never done business in Texas, and have only had one BBB report, that also was not in Texas, that has been resolved for the customer.
We hope it is evident to any intelligent person who has read any of these reports, how easy it is to use this venue to make these false statements. The fact of the matter is, these statements are false. We believe these statements have been made by a former disgruntled employee.
We believe that while this venue may have some merit by allowing people to communicate their feelings concerning a business, by the very nature of the venue, it lends itself to abuse. We feel we and our family have been abused and slandered by this individual. If this person continues to slander us on this site, we will reciprocate, he has more to lose than we. Those who truly know us know these statements are all lies.

I am from prescott AZ, I have been waiting for my refund for over 2 months now Pat Evanson is not taking my calls at Belle Travel, I did speak to Johnny Evanson,
I believe to be the son of father Jerold Evanson after doing a bit of reserch , I have tried to resolve this matter in a professional manner but still no response.
I feel it is time to move forward with action, or maybe do like everyone else and expose These people for who they reall are.
Keep in mind I have been waiting on a return call from J evanson for 3 weeks now. I hope everyone out there knows that Belle Travel is a Ripoff//////////// And I am going to do my best to expose this company,,,,,

Direct BUY, aka Uniway, aka Belle Travel Club is jumping state to state now. When I was ask to take a spot running the office. I told Jerold Evanson I was not interested, I formally work with Jerold in GA, and When he assaulted an old lady in the front door of his bisiness known a Uniway Direct Buy now Belle, I new there was no way I wanted to join up with the likes of this outfit. Check out public records he was charged and bonded out. And now he is on the move, I do want to inform everyone out there that I do not work with or for belle.
