Complaint Review: Bellezza Products/Hydroxatone

After seeing an advertising on the internet, contacted Bellezza Products to order the HYDROXATONE for severe dark circles under my eyes.

The sales representative was very understandable regarding their no-hassle return policy. Simply return any unused portions prior to the deadline and will not be billed.

I contacted Bellezza to confirm the deadline, once I determined that it wasn't working for me. I returned the unused portions (one container unopened), via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation. They received it 9 days prior to the dealine--in October.

They did bill me again, and ARE STILL trying to bill me!
