Complaint Review: Bellinger Global Incorporated

Bernard Bellinger advised me I had a job started 1st week of December. 650 a week salary contract, charged me $50.00 for phone equipment which I never received. For 6 weeks he kept calling me and emailing me advising I am an employee and being paid. I was suppose to receive my first check 12/25/09 and from that day there has been an excuse to where my pay was. The weather or the holidays, now its supposebly in the mail, has to check with pay roll you get the legits. January 8th I was advised that Florida apparently changed the laws for loss mitigation and I was no longer needed, and all of the sudden he wants to refund my $50.00 and let the 2600 that he owes me plus the refund out of question. After I threaten lawsuits he advised my check would be sent for $2000.00, here we are another week down stating he has nothing to do with it now its in the mail, so I want to advise anyone who is offered a job by this scam artist to turn it down. He has d**n right ruined my  new year almost cost my family our home and always promises money that he has no intention of ever paying. He has given me his word, had me sign a employment contract and all, I am pursuing a law suit as well DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM!!
