These people as you will see by the first complaint .. will take your money for product , and not ship product .. then threaten you with a lawsuit if you complain or review.

 

We have talked to several customers that have had the same thing happen .. do not buy from them you will loose money!!

This original report was filed by JEFF ASHE, owner of CanadaFit.  Mr. Ashe filed his report against Bellini Global, Inc. under a fake name and using a warehouse address in the US because he knows that he is lying and will be held accountable for this legally should he be discovered.

The TRUTH is that CanadaFit ordered equipment from a company called Pro Fitness Strength Equipment in Mira Loma, CA.  As a part of this transaction, Bellini Global, Inc. acted as the payment processing distribution company for Pro Fitness Strength Equipment.  What that means is that money sent to Bellini Global, Inc. was then forwarded on to George Perret at Pro Fitness Strength Equipment.

This is cearly stated on our Terms and Conditions on our website and something that Mr. Ashe was keenly aware of before he decided to place his order for Bellini Global, Inc. to send to George Perret's company.

George Perret's Pro Fitness Strength Equipment company then failed to send JEFF ASHE his equipment.  As an act of Good Faith towards Mr. Ashe, Bellini Global, Inc., sent a refund check to Mr. Ashe for approximately 50% of his order amount directly to CanadaFit by wire transfer.  This was NOT Bellii Global, Inc.'s responsibility, but something that we did in order to help Mr. Ashe out while he settled his real claim with George Perret.

We have a record of this wire transfer payment transaction.

JEFF ASHE personally wrote, signed and dated a letter stating that he does not and would never hold Bellini Global, Inc., responsible for this money that Pro Fitness Strength Equipment owes him. 

What happened is that George Perret is not responding to JEFF ASHE and now Mr. Ashe has filed his report against everyone that he can think of, even Nathan Barontini, who was affiliated with Bellini Global, Inc. at the time but had nothing to do with the transaction.

Mr. Ashe is acting solely out of vindictiveness and anger because he can't reach the person who owes him money.

JEFF ASHE'S actions constitute a blatant breach of the agreement that he personally drafted and signed.  For this, he is facing pending legal action.

It is not right to use a forum like the Ripoff report with the sole intent of damaging the reputation of a company, but Mr. Ashe feels that, by his hiding behind an assumed name and address, he is free to make false statements and break his written word.

If ANYONE would like to see a copy of the letter from JEFF ASHE or to discuss this further, we invite you to contact Bellini Global, Inc.  We have absolutely nothing to hide.

JEFF ASHE also states that he has spoken with several Bellini Global, Inc. customers.  This is another lie.  Mr. Ashe has no access to our customer base and therefore has no way of contacting them.  If he did, he would find satisfied, repeat customers who have been with us for years.

Bill Barontini of Bellini Global, Inc. started in this business in 1986.  He would not have lasted this long if he did not have the continued trust of his customers, many of whom continue to purchase from him over and over again. 

If ANYONE would like to see the vast amount of customer references for Bill Barontini, Nathan Barontini or Bellini Global, Inc., please contact us.  Again, we have nothing to hide.

If JEFF ASHE would spend more time doing what is right instead of secretly filling out forms to try to hurt another person, he would not find himself in the pending legal situation that he has now placed himself in. 

I recommend that you tread carefully before you conduct ANY business with JEFF ASHE or CanadaFit, as he did not act as a man of his word.

The person who filed this complaint, Jeff Ashe at CanadaFit, is vindictively trying to smear anyone he can on an order that went awry and on which he was, in fact, refunded on.

While I was employed by Bellini Global, Inc went his order was placed, I had nothing to do with him, his company, or his order and was not in a position in the company to do anything about his order. I am unaware of the exact details of what happened, aside from the fact that Bellini Global, Inc refunded the portion of the money owed by Bellini Global, Inc to Jeff Ashe. Apparently, he was never able to collect the money owed to him by Pro Fitness Strength Equipment (http://profitnessstrengthequipment.com/), owned by George Perret and located in Mira Loma, California and not in any way associated with the website Mr. Ashe is attacking, www.Pro-Fitness.com.

Sadly, Mr. Ashe seems to have decided to try to harm anyone he can while hiding anonymously online. The fact of the matter is, Bellini Global, Inc paid this man back and I personally had nothing whatsoever to do with any portion of his transaction with Bellini Global, Inc either accepting his order or paying him back. Unfortunately, anyone can attack the good reputation of anyone online (with no proof) simply because they have an axe to grind. That is the course Mr. Ashe has decided to take in an effort to strong arm the company I work for into paying him more money than they already have. I’m certain more details will be posted by Bellini Global, Inc to clarify exactly what happened.

It is unfortunate the level to which some people will sink in an attempt to get money. If anyone wants to reach me for a list of satisfied customers who will attest to having their equipment delivered to their satisfaction, I can be reached at belliniglobal@gmail.com and am willing to discuss this openly, unlike Mr. Ashe who knows his complaint is unfounded and is trying to hide behind the alias "customer 2."
