 I have sent several emails to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/BELLOCAT-PRODUCTS to make sure the condenser for my Hyundai Matrix was the correct one.

I had replies stating it was the correct one for the vehicle-As I live in Spain I did not want any problems because of the distance.

I could not order directly off eBay as they said I had to pay by pay-pal to Tradeworking.
This I did and paid 120,00 GBP of which 25 was postage.

The parcel arrived and it was damaged on the carton and inside the condenser was bent, I immediately contacted BELLOCAT PRODUCTS (eBAY) and they asked for proof of damage  I sent photographic evidence of the carton and the condenser damage.

 They eventually contacted me by telephone after many emails (I kept all of them) and they said that the bend should not effect the performance and that they had another condenser on the shelf but that it was bent also.

She then said it will work - and if you fit it and it does not work- not to worry as it was covered under the 12 month guarantee.

So we stripped the car - When we took out the original condenser we then saw the fittings were different on the one they said was perfect for the year and model  that I quoted.

I asked them to collect the component that was damaged and wrong fittings and they said I had to pay for the return, Another 25 making a total of 150 and so far nothing to show for all my efforts.

I requested they make a claim on DHL the carrier. They ignored all my emails i sent requesting that.

I contacted DHL to collect and return the damaged goods.

They said they could only do that if BELLOCAT PRODUCTS contacted them.

More emails to  BELLOCAT PRODUCTS and no replies. They just simply ignored my requests.
So I sent a last email saying I was going to expose the way they trade and treat customers and if they wished to remove the statements they could do so by refunding me in full for a wrong and damaged part.

I was in England when I made the sale (Not Spain) because I was attending a funeral.

So by paying direct by Paypal as they requested I cannot place a NEGATIVE report on eBay

A Very clever sales rouse- when you cannot make a statement after being conned by a wrong and damaged component.  They have my money - I have a useless piece of rubbish.

Sometimes your just sick of dishonest traders and without such programmes as Watchdog RipOff Report their is no other way of exposing them to the public.
