Every month you have to critique your bill. Things are added you dont ask for, you are charged a higher rate than they quote.

Cingular is the same... a cell phone company w/ Bellsouth. It is a fight every month!!!!!!

First, Mr. Joe. Your nasty attitude reflects some of the customer complaints that are on this site. I wanted to be different...I wanted to be a good customer service rep!

I do have an apology to offer to Bellsouth, though. There was a problem lurking that I was not aware of and it had nothing to do with Bellsouth. I had problems during training that I couldn't sort out for myself...I had always been so sharp and so alert! BUT, I had undiagnosed sleep apnea...I was only sleeping 2-3 hours a night, I couldn't retain what I had been taught. I came early and stayed late but I knew I was not getting what I needed. Sales was so stressed and I was convinced I could sell if I could only make it on the floor. This condition completely changed my personality because I was so frustrated.

I had just gone through a divorce and this job was my dream job...make good money and make my customers happy too. I am so sorry that I couldn't rise to the challenge.

I have since been diagnosed and actively treated. It just came too late.

I do apologize because I am a Christian and I know I was wrong. So, I stand corrected. Thank You

It is true BellSouth is a rip along with Cingular. I was what they called a sales associate which replace any Cusotmer service titles. I was forced into this position and then lost my job because I could not keep up with the rediculous quotas or $7000 or more a month and then that had to come from individual units like 70 land lines per month. To do this a sales associate does not have time for customer service even though that is what they are supposed to do. So the customer gets mistreated unless they are buying big. Cramming is common place and underhanded things are happening that managers know its going on but decide to let it to get their numbers. For that matter there is some terrible managers that have been promoted for doing the wrong things.
