BellSouth ripoff refusal to transfer my business lines to another location may cost me my business Atlanta Georgia

I called my BellSouth rep two weeks ago to transfer my existing businesss service to my new address as of June 1. I called several times to make sure it was handled. I was advised last Friday I was not eligible to keep my phone numbers because of area. They elected to remote call forward my numbers.

As of today the lines are not transfered and they are saying it wont be until Friday. I was advised by an inside source they are behind. I advised a lady on the phone that my business will suffer and I will loose up $10,000 a day if I don't have fax and phones and I must move out of my location as my lease is up and it has been re-leased.

I advised the lady if I wasn't turned on by tomorrow, I will sue BellSout for what they made me loose. She said she will try to call the other office to see if what they would do. I asked several times and sternly for a Manager but was brushed off everytime. I never should have went back to them. I am going to switch as soon as my contract is over in two months or now if they don't restore my service.

Bell South finally got phones on. Still playing games

I finally got some action after I contacted the CEO office Duane Ackerman's office. I also contacted David Scobey office, He is the President of the Small business division. I received a call back from Eric Wright from the CEO's office. He said he would investigate the matter.

I also received a call back from David Scobey. He assured me he will get to the bottom of this. In between I was still receiving calls from my account Rep Troy Quick, which is the only reason I went back to Bell South because he always followed through. With in 10 minutes of David Scobeys call, two technician showed up and started working on the outside.

They told me they were advised to drop everything and come to my business. They advised me that there should have not been any problems with a hook up as the lines were allready in. They elected to change the 12 outside system to 24. They left a 1pm.

While they were outside I received a call from Brandon Smith, who was on location in Florida. He apologized and gave me his cell phone. He reports to David Scobey. I also received a call from Ms Christian, she was the lady I mention but not by name in the previous report.

She asked me how was my day, I said fine now. She states " I hear you are finally getting action. I told her yes because I called the CEO office. She said no it was because of her. I advised her she was a Liar and never followed through with anything and she should be fired. She was suppose to remote call forward my lines, which still wasnt done.

I waited until 2pm and called Brandon Smith. He apologized and said he will make a call. I received a call back from my account rep Troy Quick as they wanted him on this job. He said Ms Christian was the one that would copmplete the remote call forwarding. I advised him I dont want nothing to do with.

I ask when are they goin gto do the inside hook up. He didnt know. In the mean time I received a call from Cecelia Kirby who said she works for The CEo and Brandon Smith and if I needed anything to call her. I advised her of my frustration. She called me back several times and got my phones remote call forwarded.

I ask why they are not there installing my inside wires. She said she thinks they will do it the next day. I advised her thats not doing me anygood because that was the original scheduled date that I wasnt pleased with. I finally received a call froma lady who sounded like a robot who said they would be installing my inside lines the next day.

I called back to Cecelia Kirby and advised her I was not please. I advised her I wanted to know why this happened and then talk about compensating me. She gave me her word she would find out wht happened and get back to me. The next morning I called her and advised there are still no one out.

She called me back and said they are on their way. She tried to be comical and saying they are doing th ebest they can. I told her,my compnay is unlike BellSouth as we pride ourselves on customer service. I told her I demand an explanation.

When the field tech came to install the lines, they wondered why it was such a big problem. They dont even see the work the previuos field tech did. They finally hooked up my lines. Now over 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from The CEO's office, Cecelia Kirby, David Scobey or Brandon Smith.

I have talked to Troy Quick who once again is the only one helping me. No apologies and no talk of compensation. Well I am going to write a formal letter or just send a copy of the rip-off report. In case you are wondering how I got all of the head Mucky=Mucks names and numbers, I have another friend who works their.

I have all of their emails and I-Page numbers. If the rip-off report will let me post it I will so everybody can have access. bell south is ajoke. I told them I will be athorn in their side unless I get compensation an a apology.
