I went to Belmont Heights Market to pick up my UPS package.  Joseph (behind counter) went to the back and then came back to me without any package.  Joseph stated that it was not delivered there.  I called UPS and the tracking stated that is was IN FACT delivered there and that someone named JOE signed for it.  I went back into the store and informed JOSEPH that the package was signed for (I did not mention the name) and asked JOSEPH who worked on Saturday, August 4, 2018 around 11:50 am.  JOSEPH stated that he did and that he WAS NOT the only one who worked there that day.  

Perhaps, there was more than one Joseph working (signing for my package) the day/time my package was delivered?!  I doubt it.  I initiated a UPS investigation.  I am about to do a Better Business Complaint.  I will be investigating with UPS just home many packages are delivered and lost/stolen from this location.  I will also be blasting this business on other reviews such as RipOff Report.com, and Consumer Affairs.  I do not know RICH (owner) but the previous review regarding theft from this UPS Access Point speaks volumes...Rich can expect a nasty gram (email) from me as well regarding the lack of security at his establishment.  I do not take theft of my property very lightly...
